I see that there are sets of headbands pictured on your website. Do I get all of the headbands in the picture when I place an order?
No, you have to choose one design and one size for the price listed. The picture groupings are to show you similar designs that you can choose from.
Wash in cold water with a mild detergent and lay flat to dry.
What if my Go Girl! headband breaks?
If your headband breaks with normal wear or it doesn't meet your expectations, Girl on the Go! will replace your headband up to 90 days from the date you purchased it, Contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange for a new headband to be delivered.
What size am I?
Getting the right size is important! You will need a tape measure in order to measure around the head where the headband sits. Start at the back of the neck, up behind the ears, to the top of the hairline. With that number in inches, subtract 2", and that is your Go girl size you will need to use when placing an order.
What kind of shipping options do you offer?
Girl on the Go! wants to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.
Based on current (as of 3/1/2015) USPS shipping rates, a flat fee of $4.00 per order will be added to the total for shipping & handling. If you need expedited shipping please contact us to make arrangements to cover any additional costs.
Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Go Girl! headband, you can return it for an exchange or 100% refund of the headbands, up to 90 days from your purchase. The shipping fee is not refunded.
